"We worked with VR Vision Inc. / Reality Well for a project that uses VR imagery as a therapeutic component. Reminiscence therapy was the goal. We wanted to call up strong, positive memories for seniors who suffer from mild cognitive impairment. They flew overseas and took video content of several Israel locations to create VR tours that we provide to nursing homes, community centers, religious meeting places, etc. They created a platform that allowed our headsets to communicate and take multiple people on a tour. Our research department constantly evaluates our users’ responses and feedback has been very positive. An older woman diagnosed as “legally blind” was able to see camels and enjoy the experience.
